中国石化新闻网讯 据OGJ网站6月12日休斯敦报道，印度第二大民营炼油企业印度埃萨石油有限公司（Essar Oil Ltd.）日前更名为纳亚拉能源有限公司（Nayara Energy Ltd.）。

印度埃萨石油公司目前在古吉拉特邦运营着具有日加工40万桶原油能力的瓦迪纳尔炼油厂和一个拥有大约4500个加油站的零售网络。

瓦迪纳尔炼油厂是印度国内第二大炼油厂。

俄罗斯国有石油巨头俄罗斯石油公司（Rosneft）和一个投资组合去年收购控制了印度埃萨石油公司。
